I haven't gone.. ahem.. solid in several days. The past couple days I've noticed enough blood in the bowl to make it look like I'm having a particularly heavy period. Which would sort of be a neat trick considering I'm very much male.

Therefore it's very obvious the stress of my "real life" situation is having a rather marked physical effect on me. Also therefore two things become immediately obvious: I need to see a doctor and things have got to settle down.

I really don't know what else to say.

That sucks. FWIW, if you're seeing "red" blood it's probably hemorrhoids (possibly internal as well as external) which have been caused by constipation because of increased anxiety. If you had bleeding ulcers, intestinal bleeding etc, it would look black, like coffee grounds.

If you're broke and homeless you can probably get freecare at your local hospital. They have reps you can talk to and find out if you qualify. Just call.
