Can somebody who can read Kanji (Japanese alphabet) tell me what the heck the kid on this screen is "saying"? It appears to be vital to progressing beyond the stage I'm on in the game:
It appears you'll need to get into the TDF institute/building and control it before you can save Minami. I cross posted this to the japanophile community, so I'll see if I can get a confirming answer from them.
