The president pushed another hot-button issue for conservatives when he said would continue to nominate to the courts like minded-judges who "will interpret the law, and not legislate from the bench."
By this he means judges that fully agree with everything the other two branches of government do which by default negates the checks and balences built into the governments design by having three branches.
Any judge who does not "interpret" the law by fully endorsing it instead of rulling in favor of a constitution and negating the law is odviously "legislating" from the bench.
