That actually impresses me a little -- since I think it still only takes two Supremes to decide to hear a case, that means that even Scalia and his butt-buddy didn't go for this one.

Never mind -- looks like it was Kennedy who decided not to hear it, as emergencies just go to one justice, it seems.

Well, Mary Wilson never liked Diana. She still blames her for the death of florence. I bet that has something to do with it.
