After all the festivities of yesterday, Norm Coleman and the wise and holy George Galloway were on Hardball with Chris Matthews - and Galloway ripped Coleman's balls off and shoved them down his throat again! Think I'm kidding?

Go watch this!

"Well, to be accused of a lack of moral character by Senator Norm Coleman is a bit like being told to sit up straight by The Hunchback Of Notre Dame."

BEAUTIFUL!

"In America, if money's coming from sordid or unsavory sources, we'd say something"?

BULLSHIT!!!

America is practically in the encyclopedia under "graft" and "political corruption", just about every damn Senator and Representative in Congress is owned body, soul and testicles by rich corporate sponsors, they whore themselves out to whoever can promise them a voting bloc or a campaign donation, and Coleman claims he'd stand up and blow the whistle if he thought a campaign donation might possibly be tainted in some way?

Sure. And yodelling green monkeys in Yankees jerseys might fly outa my ass riding winged pigs.

Though to be fair to Senator Coleman, yeah, he did technically speak the perfect truth, he would say something. He'd say "Thank you," smile insincerely, and tuck the check into his wallet before anyone saw it.

Given the relative quality of education in England, as opposed to in the States, putting a British MP up against a US senator (especially a REPUBLICAN senator)is sort of like putting Muhammad Ali (circa 1965) up against a quadriplegic.

Man what fools these right-wingers be...

Galloway is a new favorite of mine. I loved watching his testimony as laid it on that hypocrite Coleman.

Galloway was my MP when I lived in Glasgow.

He is a passionate man but his passion tends to be for himself. I personally don't like "gorgeous george" very much but this last week has given me a new found respect for him.

There is absolutely no evidence that he personally profited from his assosciation with Iraq, the worst that can be said is that Sadam passed money through channels to his organisations so that they would be able to function and he would have someone putting his side of things in the UK.

Very funny to see a Republican senator accusing someone else of buying political access. Bad idea to call a scots honour into question.
