If the father wants to sacrifice his whole family I think he should be the first to suck it up and go over there himself if he's so bent on this war. You know, when someone said "how would Bush feel if it were his daughters," I said that Bush is probably sociopathic enough to still not care as long as it's not him. To be completely honest, the fact that this woman had any idea in her head that he'd join the military and come home OK is so fucking naieve it makes my head hurt.

She got to meet him once, too. I don't have a problem with her protesting (and would more than likely be right up next to her if i was there) but like, Jesus. Your son joined the military. He's going to get killed. The End.
