There is a warrant out for the arrest of William Hamlet Hunt.
White male approximately 27 years old, slender 5'11"
New Orleans Police Department case number D13626.
NOLA PD phone (504) 658-6727, 822-1111 or 911 from within New Orleans.

Also known as "Will" or "Billy" he may be in the New Orleans area or hanging around in Alabama: Auburn or Birmingham.

**It is important to note that this guy is on the run and could very well be anywhere by now. He may even still be in NOLA.

**He is adaptive and can change his appearance and demeanor. It is better focus on his face than hair color as he can easily dye it. He might have a couple days growth on a beard or be clean shaven.

**He might be wearing glasses, take note of eyebrows and eye shape and color.

**He might be wearing normal civilian cloths now and not black. Easier to hide.

**He has tattoos on both arms.(edit picts of tattoo's added)

But our legal system ('our' meaning 'those derived from British law') relies on the concept of innocence unless proven otherwise in a court of law.

Problem with that is, we have to catch the slimy bastard first. I'm absolutely with you on this. He needs to have a trial and let's face it the humiliation that goes with it. He deserves a hell of a lot more than that, but I want to do this by the book as well.

My ex tried to kill me once..put a gun to my head but it jammed.....he never was convicted...doesn't mean he wasn't guilty of it..our system of justice sucks

That's immaterial. Even if he was caught on tape, and the video was broadcast on CNN--he's still innocent until the law has proven him guilty. Our system may be imperfect, but that single concept of innocence is the most important thing about it.
