Son of Well, now.

I generally don't talk about my weight, much, because I don't want people to worry like I know they would. Well, today I weighed myself for the first time in months and from my top weight of 425 pounds, I am now down to 380.

That's even better when you factor in that I've only just over the past couple days started doing The Slimfast Thing and taking in anywhere two to four time less calories than I used to. Go, me. Yay.

I should probably shut the fuck up, being a Skinny Person, but what there is of my weight does fluctuate and something I've found seems to result in flab reduction (and I've heard from others that this works too) is not eating in the evenings. Eat whatever you're going to eat before 6pm. Nice healthy breakfast, good hearty lunch to keep you going, but nothing in the evening. Apparently it works because you're not taking in the calories and then doing stuff-all with them.

I agree here (also from a skinny person). I NEVER eat past 9 and try not eat past 8. I don't skip dinner altogether, but it is often not very big, and earlier is better. Sumo wrestlers actually intentionally use the OPPOSITE effect to get huge: they eat a ton, then take a long siesta. You don't need the night time calories, because all you're doing is going to bed. Try having a glass of water nearby to drink if you feel you need to be putting something in your mouth. Or gum. Oh, and

CONGRATULATIONS! (:
