They showed up at 9 and wouldn't even let me go get the money. We're at an Econolodge until we can find a place, and the cats are with Animal Control. Heartsick doesn't even begin to cover it.

I'll talk about it when I can summon the energy to, but as of right now we're homeless. Victims.. aren't we all?

By not acting and not refusing them, you have done this to yourself. You are responsible for your own actions, and because you have wilfully allowed your rights to be disregarded, you have put yourself here.

This is your own fault. Fix it by becoming aware of your rights, or continue being walked on by everyone around you.
