My top weight was five hundred pounds, folks. Count 'em, five hundred pounds. I was reminded of this when I found an old notebook, yesterday. I had expressed disbelief. This was pre-LJ, you see.

This morning, children, I am 370.

Boo-fuckin'-ya.

I want to get back down to my weight from my high school football days which was 225. But until then, pardon me while I bask in the glow of 130 flippin' pounds lost.

Smartie arse...it's the way I tell everyone they should but they think that spending money on fads etc..is best *shrug* The way I figure it is this, when we were kids we ate less and remained active as adults that changes so it's a matter of rethinking.

Exactly, they don't realize that they are doing more harm than good with so many of these diets. Unfortunately I think that falls under the realm of everything needs to be done 'right now' and waiting to lose weight is beyond some people. They don't understand it took a while to get there it won't just magically drop off.
